Our yoga room invites you to enjoy relaxing asanas. On the way to the center. Several times a week we offer our guests yoga sessions as part of our weekly program. Pranayama. Asanas. Karanas. And aerial yoga. The yoga sessions take place in our spacious yoga room or on the yoga platform in our Goldberg garden. 2 times a year the whole valley is dedicated to yoga.
